We will always strive to ship your products in a timely manner, however, if any delays are expected, we will attempt to contact you via the telephone or email address tied to the order. We will use this same method to notify you if any items on your order are back-ordered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Target Hanging Solutions will replace or repair any unused products possessing manufacturing defects. This is limited to any defects that impede on the functionality or greatly diminish the durability of our products.
Please do not send any products back to Target Hanging Solutions without first discussing with and getting approval from a Target Hanging Solutions representative.
